Nifty and Sensex have consolidated in morning hours of Wednesday’s trading session, while the BSE Realty index is trading at 1446.88 levels, and is down by 25.36 or 1.72%. Major stocks in the sectoral index are losing ground and are trading in red.

DLF is down by 4.51%, HDIL is down by 4.01%, Indiabulls Real Estate is down by 1.67%, Sobha is down by 0.81% and Oberoi Realty is down by 0.73%.    Whereas, Unitech Limited and Prestige Estate Projects are the only stocks moving against the tide, trading in green. Unitech Limited is up by 2.74% and Prestige Estate Projects is up by 1.33%.

While, DLF is contributing almost 80% to the index’s downfall and is dragging the index down.
